Several theories of digital\r\ntelevision techniques discuss a lot about coding, multiplexing, and digital television\r\nformats. Data collection techniques used by collecting library materials that are\r\nrelevant to the object under study and processed by: editing, organizing, finding.\r\nThe results of the observation of the basic concepts of digital television techniques\r\nare carried out using the method of content analysis, which is a research technique\r\nto make inferences that can be replicated, and with valid data by taking into account\r\nthe context. This method is used to analyze the entire discussion about the\r\nbackground of the emergence of digital television until it developed to replace the\r\nexistence of analog television, examine the technical concepts of digital television,\r\nand examine the existence of the development of digital television applications in\r\nthe industrial world. Several concepts obtained from this literature research are\r\nexpected to make it easier for readers to understand the importance of migrating\r\nanalog television broadcasts to digital television which is too long delayed and left\r\nbehind from neighboring countries. According to the government's target,\r\nIndonesia will carry out the analog switch off (ASO) which is divided into 3 stages\r\nthroughout Indonesia until the end of 2022."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
