Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Acceptance and Satisfaction of Library Users to System Information at the Library of the Indonesian Institute of Arts at Surakarta ". The purpose of the study is to test the acceptance and satisfaction of library users using End User Computing Satisfaction Model (EUCS) developed by Doll and Torzhadeh (1998). Methods in this study using a quantitative approach, namely to examine a group of people, a particular object with the aim of making a systematic, factual and accurate description, description of the facts, properties, the relationship between the phenomena studied. Research subjects are end users information system at the Indonesian Institute of The Arts (ISI) Library, Surakarta. System users the information in this study is a random potential user (respondent) encountered in the library and given a questionnaire consisting of 20 statements. The research variables are variables in EUCS model that includes content, accuracy, form (format), ease of use (ease of use) and timeliness information (time) in the information system to support services in the ISI Library Surakarta. The results show that the library information system has been received with both by the user and the user who feels the high benefit. The reader states are quite satisfied using library information system. But on dimensions accuracy and speed (timeliness) library users feel less satisfied with the performance information systems.
