Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of information technology in the digital era has made libraries have to prepare various things related to the management of information resources and human resource capabilities, one of the efforts is through increasing the Librarian Professional Skills. Professional skills are a set of special knowledge and skills used in completing work, solving problems related to their professional roles, through mastering a variety of special skills expected to realize quality human resources who are able to manage collections that support information retrieval, information updates and repakaging information.
